The car was owned and raced by Mike Rahal, father of Indy 500 winner Bobby Rahal, who raced it at Mid Ohio, Elkhart Lake and other midwest tracks in the mid 60’s. Car then went through a series of SCCA owners and was retired in 1970. It has been vintage raced since 1980 and has been upgraded with new everything in the last few years. New Body in 2014. New Vehger Twin Cam in 2017 with two race weekends on it. New brakes. Maintained by top west coast shop to a very high level. It runs at the front of the pack in under 2 ltr cars with multiple podium finishes.
