Cooper Monaco

This 1961 Cooper Monaco is a Mark II bodied car, featuring the desirable double wishbone coil spring suspension of the Mark III series. It is equipped with a newly rebuilt 2.7 “Indy” engine by Huffaker, a version of the illustrious Coventry Climax FPF 4 cylinder racing engine and a rebuilt Cooper transmission. Very likely one of the last Monaco’s built at the factory, the car was restored by noted Cooper specialist Sid Hoole and recently completely gone thru by Huffaker Motorsports.
